Refunds & cancellation
Short version: no subscription, and if both. is not right for you, ask and we will refund you.
What you are buying
both. Lifetime is a one-time purchase of digital content: €49 during the founding launch, €59 afterwards. One-time payment. VAT included. There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because Lifetime access is digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that delivery starts at once - and you acknowledge that this ends the 14-day withdrawal right once access has been opened.
If you have not used it
If you bought Lifetime access and have not opened any paid set yet, write to us within 14 days and we will refund you in full, no explanation needed.
If something went wrong
If you were charged twice, charged after already having access through your partner, or the product did not work as described, we refund you. Tell us what happened and we will sort it out.
One purchase covers both of you
Only one person in a space needs to pay. If you both paid by mistake, contact us and we will refund the second payment. If the person who paid later leaves the space, the other partner keeps access for 30 days.
How to ask
Email hello@youboth.app from the address you used at checkout, or use the receipt email you received from the payment. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
