both.

Safety & support

both. is a conversation tool. It isn’t therapy, counselling or diagnosis, and it never scores your relationship.

Interest is not consent

Finding shared ground means you were both curious on a screen. It isn’t agreement to do anything. Talk first about what you both want, what you don’t want, and how either of you can pause or stop at any point.

Either of you can stop

You can skip any question, step back from any conversation, pause your space, or close it entirely. Stepping back is never reported as a rejection, and we never say which of you did it.

Nothing is expected of you

A skipped question and a No look identical to your partner: nothing appears. If you don’t want to answer something, don’t.

If it isn’t safe rather than difficult

Difficult conversations can feel uncomfortable. That’s different from feeling unsafe. If you feel pressured, frightened, or that answering honestly could put you at risk, please stop using this tool and speak to someone you trust or a local support service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.

Finding support where you are

Support services differ by country. Search for a domestic abuse, sexual health or relationship support service in your own country, or ask a GP or another health professional you trust.

Leaving quickly

Every screen with questions on it has a quick exit. It sends you straight to a neutral site and replaces this page in your browser history. It does not delete your space - use “Close this space” for that.
