How privacy works
Privacy is the reason you can answer honestly. Here is exactly what it means.
Your answers are yours
Each answer is stored against the person who gave it, and nothing in our database lets your partner read it. We’ll only show something when your answers create shared ground, never who said what on their own.
A private space is for two people
Two people, no more. The limit is held by the database itself, not by a screen. Your space is separate from every other space.
Invites are single-use
An invite works once and expires after 48 hours. We store an unreadable fingerprint of it, never the invite itself. Whoever opened the space approves the other person before anything is shared.
You confirm it is really each other
Before a space opens, you both see the same short phrase. Say it out loud to each other. If the phrases are different, nothing continues.
No profiles, no audience
No name, email or password is needed. There is no feed and nothing is shared outward. Your intimate answers are not used to build advertising profiles or mixed into identifiable analytics.
Closing means gone
Either of you can close the space. Closing removes it and everything inside, including both people’s answers.
Payments are handled by Stripe
When you choose to unlock Lifetime access, the payment is processed by Stripe, a trusted payment provider. We never see or store your card number, bank details or other payment information. Stripe handles the transaction securely on their own systems.
This is a conversation tool
both. is not therapy, counselling or diagnosis, and it does not score your relationship. A shared interest starts a conversation - it isn’t consent to do anything. If something feels unsafe rather than difficult, please stop and reach out to someone you trust or a local support service.
Check a deletion receipt
If you closed a space, you were given a short code. Enter it here to see whether the deletion has finished. It tells you a status and two times - nothing about the space.
